PUC is one of the best in the country. they also have a great campus in Rio.
USP and PUC are both great schools. The difference is that USP is a State Owned School and if you get approved you don't have to pay a dime and it makes the selection process one of the hardest in the country.
PUC is focus on the human science and PUC covers all sectors of study.

USP if I can make the grade. Its the most difficult to get in. PUC is for the also rans. Sadly if I did the tough university entrance exams of today I doubt if I would make it even to PUC!
