Does the foreign box offiec grosses or movies that make money outside America have any benefit to the studios?I mean do all the foreign grosses go to the studios or they only get the money that is made domestically?

If they get it all,then why do they hiss when their films don't do so good domestically even when they do great overseas?

They get it all minus taxes, the theater's cut, advertizing expenses and the royalties paid to the producers, the writers, the cast and crew.

they get it all, but when they are anouncing the weekend box office they usually anounce foreign and domestic seperatly, so pay close attention to that
