If you are talking about BEST Training for Basketball, I would say NEITHER Jogging nor Running.
The BEST Training is in the Gym.
Training should start with your Lower Body and work upwards.
For Stamina, you can work on the treadmill.

if ur just training sprint for 3minutes jog for 1 and sprint for 3 and keep doing that that way u dont get as tired and ur stamina is much more better
