Your question shows that you are wanting to be a better and more caring person. Good for you! When you do something wrong, ask that person to forgive you and THEN resolve not to repeat that behavior and to learn from your mistakes. (That is the hard part.) Sometimes the person won't forgive you no matter what you do to make amends. If your apology is rejected, realize that you must continue to do your best so that you can grow as a fine human being. Remember that behavior speaks louder than words. I wish you well in your life.

Once you make a mistake, it is over with. There is no taking it back or turning back the hands of time. However, there is one way to show that you are really and truly sorry. How? Never do it again. Whatever it is that you are sorry about, don't ever do it again. One of the biggest lessons to learn in life is that there aren't always second chances. After enough agonizing, "I'm sorry's" and tears spent well, you will subconciously learn to love and appreciate those around. :) I am terribly sorry to hear that you or someone you know is in your situation. Sometimes it is no crisis, but sometimes it is bigger than it should be. Good luck at finding the answers, and even more so, good luck at truly finding yourself. God Bless.

It depends on who you did this to. Some people shrug off mistakes while others hold a grudge. If you're talking about a girl who likes/loves you then you shouldn't worry about it if you're really sorry. She'll forgive you. A friend will and should forgive you. But it also depends on what you did. Such as, if you cheated then maybe I wouldn't expect forgiveness, if you receive forgiveness be VERY thankful. But remember that we all make mistakes and in due time they'll see it too.

the first thing people do is to say sorry, and usually people who are hurt don't accept it.....

so to show them that you really are sorry for what you have done do this:

if you broke, damage, burned or something like that the best way is to repair it or change it totally with a new one......

if you said something bad to someone and it hurt him really bad, kneel and cry hehe joke.... seriously just give the person time to cool down and after that approach her/him and say that your sorry.......

if you lied to someone about something....... im sure sorry would not be enough, the best way is not to do it again coz yoiur actions will tell the person that you are trying to change and that your sorry..........

anyway the important thing is that you should always say sorry and tell yourself not to do it again, coz if you did it again trust me you'll loose their trust.........

When you do wrong things the first thing you can do to show that you're sorry is by showing remorse. By all means, don't do it again. Actions speak louder than words.

Humble yourself and expect the worse., but wish for a better relationship because of your honesty. Nothing beats a failure but a try.

Good luck!
