It is due to the anxiety and stress of job. Don't worry, things will normalise within a week.
If you trust God recite His prayers or just His name without any thought in your mind. Within 10 mins you will sleep.
Being a newcomer or with a feeling of competition your office mates may try some absurd things which can create tension. Don't fall prey to them. Don't give any remark about anybody. This will help you to work peacefully.
Eventhen if you feel some extra treatment buy a round magnet and keep under your neck while in bed with S pole touching your neck. You will fall asleep within 10 mins.

Glass of red wine while sitting on the sofa relaxing.
Take 2 Sleep Easy natural tablets 30 minutes before you go to bed. It's all natural, non-harmful and non-addictive.
Warm shower with lavender scented soap or body wash. Lavender body lotion after showering. Fresh nightie or jammies.
Go to bed slowly without rushing, think happy and try to clear your mind of any thoughts. If you find yourself starting to think of something, say to yourself: I'll think about this or these tomorrow. Say a little prayer. Close your eyes, get comfortable and smile. Sleep deep, sleep well, sweet dreams.

I know the feeling. The mind wanders all over the place and you can't seem to stop it. The best thing I have found in that situation is to turn on whatever the single dumbest thing you can on TV is and watch it. Most of the time, I pick the christian channel. It's not a knock against christianity it's a knock against their programming.

Counting helps me fall asleep and listening to soft music. You also need to clear your mind and try not to think about things. Good luck.

Peppermint tea or chamomile tea to soothe nerves.
Might as well go sit in the hot tub or bath tub. It helps me.
Good luck tomorrow! :)
