No. It just seems thicker. Normally a hair has a thin tip and gets thicker the closer it gets to your skin. Now if you shave that hair off, it will grow again, but won't have the thin tip like a newly grown hair has. So it just seems thicker than a newly grown unshaved hair.

The rate or thickness with wich a hair grows has nothing to do with shaving.

Misperception. The hairs only look thicker upon their initial growing back because they're against your skin. The hairs have to grow back for some time before you realize they're no thicker than they were upon first shaving.

it will not make the hair grow thicker instead it will make it grow more than before. The more you shave the more you grow

mmh not particularly sure of it myself yea.. but once heard from a pharmacist that it actually thins the hair just that the sharp edges makes it seems thicker

yes it does, but there are great products to reduce the thickness of hair.
