Do tight underwears effect on the health of the Testicles?

Whats the best option?

Tight garments can affect sperm count through high tempuratures. Men who habitually wear nut-hugging scrotom-splitting skintight jeans can have temporary fertility problems.

Just wearing underwear and pants "normally" does not have adverse effects on testicular health. Wearing briefs does result in a slightly lower sperm count than freeballing or wearing boxers, but with healthy testicles, this shouldnt be a problem worth changing underwear habits for.

As a rule of thumb, if your underwear hurts, get a bigger size.

While tight underwear will not adversely affect the overall health of the testicles, they will prevent the scrotum from doing it's job. The scrotum is designed to draw up close when things cool off and relax so things fall away from the body when they need to be cooler. This helps maintain optimum temperature for maximum sperm production.

So if you wear tight enderwear or otherwise keep your testicles up close to the body, your sperm count may drop some. Of course when you release everything, all will return to normal after a while. Thus in the long run no harm is done by wearing tight underwear as long as you stop a while before you seriously want to do your bit to create a baby.

One suggestion is, if you like to wear tight underwear during the day, then always sleep nude so at least things have a chance to breathe durign the night.

Of course if you really want everythign to work as nature intended, you will just not bother with underwear at all. Going commando is by far the best for keepign things aired out all the time and it does tend to offer quite a liberated feeling.

No. Underwear has little effect, mainly a lot of fiction out there. Look at the huge surge in the US population in the 50's and 60's when almost every guy wore whitey tighties--when those obnoxious and uncomfortable boxers were not in style.
It is fun to go commando, if you can do it without being too obvious; but you have no control if you get an urge, so underwear, briefs specifically, do help to control errant erections and involuntary movements of the testes and penis, plus help hid any leakage or drips. Keeps them safe when you are active as well, running, jogging, ect. Try jogging without any support, not really comfortable.

Sure it's okay to wear underwear but tight underwear can increase the temperate of testicles reducing sperm count. This is not to say tight underwear is birth control. Mix it up boxers and briefs.

Hi,

The tight under wears effects the health of the genital organs including testicles. The best option is to go for the right size under garments . Pl. do not wear tight under wears.

If they're painfully tight, they could give you some problems. Also, briefs are sometimes known to lower sperm count, but not permanently.

Not wearing underwear at all makes the scrotum sag as you age, which is unattractive (and possibly uncomfortable).

A lot of guys have told me they prefer boxer briefs, which provide the security of briefs with the comfort of boxers.

with all the kids in this world it must not make too much of a difference! but i read a thing once for couples trying to get pregnant and one of them was for the man not to wear tight underwear. because it can heat up and constrict sperm. so they don't recommend briefs. however most men obviously don't seem to have any problems with that!

yes it is okay to wear underwear because they can actually regulate the heat... and the reason why briefs are sagging is to let air regulation occur
