You can hire a guide and he will take you out onto the land and camp. An igloo is much warmer and more windproof than any tent. However travel in the Artic is very expensive even before you get into hiring guides.

That would be fun. Taking photos of penquins and snow shoeing all around. Maybe get one of those sleds with all the dogs hooked up to it.
