You may already know this, but just in case: there are three standard voltages for SIM cards: 5V, 3V, and 1.8V.

5V card haven't been used much at least since 2002, and 1.8V cards don't seem to have quite made it into popular use yet (and may never do so), pointing towards an answer of 3V.

Also, the SGH-X495 is carrier-specific to T-Mobile, and T-Mobile uses 3V SIMs.
