Gator meat is tough. It's a meal of effort, with strong, robust flavor, but with effort required. It's a meal you don't come across by accident.

OSU will crush Florida, but with several weeks off anything can happen. I think Myer is one of the best at making in game adjustments. I would expect this to be sloppy at first, and be a "second half contest."

It tastes kinda like shrimp, with a texture like dark chicken meat, a little rubbery

Its very chewy like a bad piece of chicken with a fish like taste if you have it get it fried or you may vommit
