The normal range of blood pressure is 120/80. Can it go higher after a jog or a brisk walk. If yes, what should be the normal range?

Actually the perfect "book" bp is 120/80. Now most people will be higher or lower then that. You should have a higher bp after you work out or excersize. When i was in school to be an emt our instructer had us run up and down some stairs and then take out partners bp to show it go up. If your bp get much over ABOUT 160/100 then you should rest. Rember tho that it will varry from person to person. If your overly worried about it talk to your Dr. about what a safe range is for YOU.

You shouldn't put that in mind if you are not already suffering from a problem in the blood pressure.
