Likely not. If you missed your period 6 weeks ago and the PG test was negative, then it's not very likely.
If you have an ectopic pregnancy (in the tubes, causing the pain), you would likely have a positive PG test.
What other tests did they run? You can miss a period because of stress, fibroids, age...lots of reasons. The ab pains could also be totally unrelated to your reproductive organs. It could be gastrointestinal, muscular, etc.

You could... you could not. The blood test should be done about that time to check your HCG levels but I'm only guessing that it all depends on your body. Stress and sudden weight lose can postpone your period for a bit as well, so keep that in mind.

i suppose some tests could be inaccurate, as nothing is perfect, so there may be a very slim chance that you are. If you are really unsure then go back to the doctor and ask them to do another test to confirm.

its a possibility-- a friend of mine got a negative result from a pregnancy test administered by her doctor as well as an at home test...she finally got a positive result on the third test.
I'd say you're probably NOT pregnant...but it IS possible.

Yes! You may be preggers! Sometimes trying to detect pregnancy too early is not effective. See your doctor!!! Good luck Hon!

proably not cause if you were it would have shown up in your blood. A blood test will show if you are pregnant 7 days following conception.
