inosearch? microsearch. Hmmm I don't know, I'm not too creative. :/

I don't know how much you think it costs to start a internet website, but it's not much. 10$ a year for the domain, and to start off you can get hsoting for 5$. Although to get good quality and enough bandwidth for a little growth 20$ per month would be fine and plenty to start with and grow for a while. Anything else would just be put into advertisement. Unless your going to be paying professional web devs, which I would not suggest.

I only have one website of mine, but I have worked on several, Mine is a small community computer forum, not to big yet, hasn't been up that long either, but I still like and enjoy it. (http://xtechforum.com)
Edit:
Looking at the response of NSN, Something like that might be a good idea, not NSN of coarse, but a few letters that are catchy, and stand for something. ISN? inotive Search network? just the first one to pop in my head, but you there are tons of options.

I would not start a search engine, you will go nowhere. Look into other business opportunities.

How about Joogle? Now, that wouldn't get you sued or anything. Or, how about Wahoo!? (With the exclamation point, of course) Or maybe NSN?
