that depends on the weight of the cow, and the percantage of meat you have ground into hamburger. there is no exact answer to the question.

A 1000 pound cow will give you about 500 lbs of beef.
If you used all that beef as hamburger, then you will get 2,000 quarter pound hamburgers.

Usually cows don't produce hamburgers, they produce milk. Beef cattle produce beef.
And if the cow is cooking them suckers, it depends on how fast she can flip them and how hot the grill or stove is.

lets see now 1600 -1700 lbs throw out 50 lbs head and hide - 200 lbs guts (they make bolgna out of that you know)- another 20 lbs for the hooves - 7 or 8 lbs for the tail - 100 lbs of bones (or you could just grind them in like McDonalds does) - 1322 lbs thats as many as 5288 1/4 pounders at $3 each for $15864.00 want some fries with that?
