If you feel you have been rudely handled by a customer service representative your next step would be to go to their manager or the manager of the store.
Before you do since I am out in the public I must also add.........think about the situation was there anything you did or said that could of caused a negative reaction from this person?

Unfortunately, complaining to their supervisor doesn't do anything, but letting your friends and family can help. Us consumers should stay away from those business that hire rude people. After my mom was disrecepted by a Bank of America associated many of my friends closed our accounts. We also cancel our contracts with Sprint for thier fu c k ed up service and no customer satisfaction. We all now who does bad companies are. Take a look at consumerist.com and see what others have to say.

I hang up ,call another representative and start all over. I don't think it is a good idea to yell or get upset, they (customer service rep) is not worth it. Also, if it is a bank or company that has your SS number and personal information, and you blow up at the rep, they may try to steal your identity. So just try another person....
Even if you talk to a supervisor the rep has all of your info and could still harm your credit.

Depends how bad...
If it wasn't too too horrible, I'd probably just stand there in disbelief and glare at them, but afterwards wonder if they're just having a bad day (I know how stressful it can be working in customer service).
If it was really bad, I'd either leave (so they lost my business) or complain to their supervisior that their behaviour was unacceptable.

Well geez you report them. Go to their superiors. If it is in a call center ask for their name and or employee id number and asked to be transferred to a supervisor.

Forgive them and bless them. Bless those who curse you. It's perfect, and it's the word of God.
