well i dunno personally i think hes saying
that pain is a good thing but were conditioned to think that it is a bad thing.
"pain, with out love , pain just cant get enough , pain , i like it rough cuz id rather feel pain then .... NOTHING AT ALL" yeh

but if they are talking about Love type pain ,l then i dont understand why they would like it .

I think they've been hurt so much that pain is all they ever feel.
They won't let themselves feel anything else, because they're afraid of not feeling anything at all.
