i think it is a lifestyle. you can choose to not eat much, just like you can choose gluttony.

It starts out of a choice. You choose not to eat. Then it becomes your lifestyle. Your plans change to avoid eating. You actually begin to fear eating. But it is definitely a disease. Very sad thing to go through. I have been through it.

thats all part of the disorder which then becomes your lifestyle, which is not a good lifestyle and therefore is a mental disorder for choosing to do so in the first place......i know what i mean.

i think of it starts off as a option to be skinny, then will become a illness noted as anorexia. sort of like alcoholism. human beings pick to have their first drink (frequently. now and back mothers and dads provide it to them... yet, it truly is yet another subject remember), yet whilst they get to the factor the place they're addicted and sense they can not surivive without alcohol; it is going to become a illness. the two way, i don't think of their unique plan replaced into to be an anorexic (or alcoholic), they only wanted to be skinny (or get under the effect of alcohol)... and it merely have been given out of hand.

no one knowingly chooses anorexia, that's not how it works you just get caught up in it,its a miserable lifestyle that no one would want to be wrapped up in,all the weight you lose and starving yourself becomes in vein cause no matter how much weight you lose its never enough, theres people who joke and say I'll become anorexic to lose weight but I've never known an anorexic who chose to and intentually become anorexic.
