first, if they are still alive, then you need to ask permision for a copy of the will. and then both parties must then go to the solicitor that is dealing with it and sign for it. if they are no longer with you, then only the chosen family member or friend that has been left to deal with the will can get you a copy. i hope that this helps you.

If they don't want to show it to you (they are still alive, yes?) then you have no right to see it, any more than you have any right to see someone else's personal documents.
If they are dead, then you need to approach their (former) solicitor to find out who the executors are, or enquire at a probate office.

There solicitor will more than likely have it i know they have my parents so give them a ring they should tell you thats if your parents are no longer here, if they are ask them x x x
