Unfortunately, no. I would love to see a superb quality footage of Saddam's death. But we have to settle for low quality cell phone videos. Blame the pointless FCC.

You suggested: i think that many human beings observed the pictures of a raveled looking Saddam after his catch and felt extra sympathy for him then his victims because of the fact they might connect Saddam's face to suffering extra constructive then his victims. No, because yes, as it is the death of a man who killed millions and caused the suffering of many, it's just not right to show his execution to a world that includes children and other innocent souls that don't need to see it. It doesn't help anyone.
However, you can find it all over the internet, mostly video websites.

No, for some reason they can show murders, they can show accidental deaths, and they can show animals mauling people but they will not show executions for some reason. Me personally, I think they should, but alas it is not.
