the last games they've won, almost ended in a draw but for last minute heroics.. and after that, they've drawn three in a row.. its as if they've been riding their luck recently, and luck's running out.. so what's happening next? are we gonna see Chelsea finaly lose out of the premiership title contention?

Many people say it is the fault of injuries to key players. But that is all lies. When arsenal won the title in 2004 they had crucial injusries to Henry and others but they still won their games. Chelsea are a very weak team without John Terry and they are going to turn into an English Real Madrid.

John Terry- Captain, DF, injured
Arjen Robben- MF, injured
Joe Cole, MF, injured
Petr Cech- GK, injured
Carlo Cudicini- GK, injured
Khalid Boulahrouz- DF, injured
Ricardo Carvalho- DF, booked

A couple of those guys are back now, or will be soon, but having this many players out of the game is definitely a huge downside for the team. I think they will keep themselves up there though, at the top.

Not having Gallas and Terry at the back is taking it's toll.

If they continue on this run, they definately will lose the Premiership and could end up in th 3rd or 4th position.

Now without Gallas & Gudjonsen, they need another good defender & young striker. Should get rid of Shevchenko as well.

It;s called real madrid syndrome.

A team that that lives in it 's own world will eventually cave due to too many superstars. Shame it happened so soon though eh?
