I don't think age, sex, and race should be linked with virginity. Emotional and timing should be linked. There is no right and wrong time to lose your virginity....however...any age under 18-20 is really young...too young. Virginity is a pure treasure, a gift, a gift supposed to be given only to someone with meaning...a long lasting meaning (aka husband).
I think that when the right person comes, and you know that it'll be special and UNREGRETTABLE that it is the right time.
I'm 21..and still a virgin. I didn't want to have sex until I fell in love with someone. I am glad I made this decision, it was the right thing to do.
But..that doesn't answer your question it is only my opinion and hope. Today..the average age i vote is 13/14. And I think males lose it younger then girls do...but..could be 50/50 cause they obv lose it together? I'm not sure.

I dont think age has anything to do with it i think it dpends solely on the person. I was about 15 when i lost my virginity and to this day i regret it because i wish i would have been man enough to save myself for the love of my life. I respect those who are strong enough to wait and arent in a hurry to lose it. Being a virgin isnt something to be ashamed of. I dont get why ppl want to lose their virginity so fast these days.

Personally, I think the average age is 17-18 years old...It doesn't matter if they are male or female...But each one takes this step when they are sure they are ready.

i think that the average age for males is 15 and for women its 17

At this present time in society, kids are losing their virginity around 12-13 years old and still more around 15-16. Sad but true.

i think overall men lose their virginity younger then women. some might think the average is under 18 but i think its higher. some get it on in high school but i think the majority wait till college at least. i say hold out as long as you can though.

16-20 Males of course want to lose it earlier...all women classify us as thinking of sex 24/7 where as most women want it to be special and the right moment. So guys lose it earlier and women later.

I would say 16 is about the average, dosnt mean i think it's right. I think college is a good time.
