On the Razr phone from motorola, what does the icon of the up and down arrows mean?

On the main screen of the motorazr, there is a small icon in the upper left. It looks like 6 pink triangles, the three on the left point up, and the three on the right point down. Anyone know what this icon means? I just got the phone yesterday, and I can't find this icon in the manual.

hmm dont see that on my razr? so i dunno what that is the delta sign usually means your like roaming or something

my razr is pink... well technically magenta... ive never seen these shapes though...
