when you write LOL in instant messenger, your email, or yahoo answers, do you really "laugh out loud" or are you just laughing inside?

occassionally there's a genuine LOL but what is embarassing is when you actually say LOL in real life conversation...
think it means too much time on the net, ;)

It is nice to know the laugh out loud , but I generally use as a simple Hello meaning

No,not really I only LOL when the the crap hits the ceiling fan and and is flung back to the floor and then and only then am I roflol, sblol,inalol,nkw2lol,bmtlol and before i can mention the almost infinate LOL's thank you Grandma for the latgramsol.

I usually never left while i am on the internet. The only times I laugh is if I am watching a video/ listening to audio.

yes. But it's more of a quick exhale of air than a real laugh. Kind of like a hiccup or a burp that slipped out. LOL
