How do I remove a .jpg I used as a wall screen background?

I used a .jpg as a screen saving. Then I removed it, however, every time I turn on my computer, that same .jpg appears. After it loads windows, then the background screen I choose will appear.
How do I remove this. I check the sysedit, regedit, and msconfig but cant find the name fo that .jpg file. Any advise????

I've had this problem before when I set a picture from IE to my desktop. Search your hard drive for a file called "internet explorer wallpaper" and delete it.
