Respect is doing what someone says because you look up to them.

obedience is following the rules set down by who ever it is you have to obey, respect is the way you treat others with kindness and defference toward their needs and wants. You can obey and respect the same person, but you can obey someone you dont inwardly respect, and you may respect many people who you really dont have to obey.

Obediece is when you have the respect to do what is expected or asked of by another. you are obedient to that person.

Respect is the admiration of person......and honestly wanting to be that person, or live up to their standard.
