It all depends on the file size of the songs , on an average the songs will be about 3 - 5 MB .so roughly u can have 50 - 65 songs

Capacity: Get at least 1 GB. That holds about 250 songs or about 12 hours of music. You could spend less and get a 256 MB player (which holds about 60 songs) or a 512 MB player (which holds about 120 songs), but be prepared to really like those songs -- you'll be hearing them a lot.

It depends on the songs file size, however i can usually fit about 60 - 100 songs on my psp's 256 memory stick. Hope this helps!

it relies upon on how small you may shrink the document. once you've SONY track journey on your computing gadget then bypass to concepts----scroll all the way down to settings then click on the recorder tab. on the recorder tab you'd be able to make the mp3 document as small s achievable. that way you should be able to placed extra songs on your mp3 participant than what the ebook says. for sure once you've abode windows track participant you may record in WMA that allow you to record extra songs than the common mp3 format. in case you try what i instructed you above you'd be able to make your track records even smaller than the WMA format.

256MB will hold about 65 songs.
That's assuming that each song is about 4 minutes long and is encoded at 128kbps which is about the norm.
