not just nope but hell no.
I live on the lake ,but when i go to the city i see so much furniture on the side walk ,the landlord rents to college students and many times they cant pay the rent ,and they evicted or they just abandon there property ,so the landlord puts there belonging on the curb to be picked up by whoever ,let me tell you it does not last long ,its wiped fast .
so its not wrong ,and many times you doing the landlord a favor.

No, unless it is obvious that they are being disposed of (i.e. they are by the dumpster). If they still belong to the person, it is stealing.

only if you are giving them to the real owner. otherwise it's stealing, and you can go to jail.
