how to install integrated bluetooth?

I just bought a new laptop but is not bluetooth enabled. I dun wana buy an external bluetooth doggle. Can someone tell me if its possible to buy + install an integrated one into my laptop?

a bluetooth usb adapter is not that expensive and is the same size as a jump drive (pen size) you can stick in your pocket
