well this question is extremely bias if you ask me because i am a playstation lover so of course you are stupid but one who is an xbox lover wud say you made the perfect choice so i have not gotten a ps3 myself i think they are quite to pricy at the moment and what if they have problems so i think you made a splendid choice of picking the xbox 360 because its now cheaper and i dont think there are any bugs in it so your not stupid your smart actually

I think you made the right choice or perhaps gotten a Wii.

The reason that the Playstation 3 is costing so much is because of their blueray system that they built in the system. Since it has a blue ray player your movie selection is small........and NO rumble pack.

Maybe in a year they will fix their problem of having a small movie selection and a small game selection.....i would suggest that you buy it when the price goes down.

Right now the systems to get are the Wii and the Xbox 360 (I would personally go for the Wii :-p) Good luck!

I think you made the choice with the most value. You saved over $200. An Xbox is fun, plus you have tons of games to choose from and you can look up the game reviews ahead of time to make sure they don't suck before you buy them. I think you'll have more fun with the Xbox and the $200 worth of games you can buy for it, than if you were to have just bought the PS3 system for the same amount of money.

You should have bought the PS3 (I would, if I had the chance).

However, don't regret your decision. The XBOX 360 is also an awesome console with next-gen graphics and has enough superb games to keep you busy for a long time.

It's only a game. Enjoy the one you have. Don't get obsessive over (1) whether you made the right purchase or (2) playing video games all the time. Make sure you have a life.

From what I hear, PS3 requires a HDTV and service of the same and the cash to pay for those things. My son did not get it for Christmas, the only thing he asked for, and he never will.

Nothing smart or stupid. All choices come with opportunity costs.

Xbox games are more expensive.
PS3 games are not mature yet.

So, give and take. Don't gripe too much.

You did the best that you could, don't abuse yourself or obsess over it.
