Are the people who tell you your attitude is poor, in reality, the ones with attitude problems?

Just by looking at the category you placed your question in, "Careers and Employment" I can surmise that you have been reprimanded at work for your attitude. Plus, by using the plural "people" I can assume it has come from more than one person, so the logical answer to this question is that YOUR attitude is the problem. Sorry, but that is the way it is.

We have a tendency to project. That is, if I'm angry about something I see in you it's because I find that same quality in myself and don't like it in myself so I transfer my anger at myself onto you. Let's face it, why should anyone care what your attitude is? That's your issue, not theirs. If I make it my issue that you are something negative, then I've got some negativity in myself that is coming out and I'm projecting it onto you. You're right, the ones with attitude problems are the ones blaming others.

generally one try to figure out what he/she is and try to see what we are in them so normally when ever some one critisizes other it is reflection of their mental status there are some sadists who find pleasure in putting others in embarasement and also in fix
but it is not always the same there can be realist comments too so we need to judge ourselves from what others comments and then introspect to correct if required
