From the far past - I Love Lucy is the show that really started it all. Desi Arnez was the first guy to use three cameras whlie shooting a scene. Not only was the show funny, it was a pioneer.
From a not so distant past - Frasier kept me in stitches.
Currently - Two and a Half Men is a laugh riot.

I don't really do sitcoms, but the one I do watch is Reba. I think it's funny. The sitcom from the past I liked the most was The Andy Griffith (Griffin?) Show, because it was definitely rated G and I could let my kids watch the reruns without having to worry what 'dirty' words they'd pick it from it.
