Bill Gates just got hit hard by the US government in taxes and his wealth has been compromised quite a bit but he is still in the running. The Sultan of Brunai is another, and then there are people with wealth in Switzerland, Austria, Britain, South Africa, New Zealand, Korea, China, etc., With billions as well they own diamond mines, platinum mines, gold mines, real estate, and cash galore, there is one that had a corner on all the grain market in Europe to make the beer. His name is Schnitelgruber or something like that and all these people are never mentioned to keep there names anonymous for their safety, very few like the limelight. Gates took front and center with cash and ownership for obvious reasons (American), and yet there are many that can compete and not even hurt their petty cash accounts which are a billion at least. www.history.com Look up the Steel, titanium, plutonium industries and search there as well for the richest people, these resources are very important, and oh I almost forgot the owners of the ever so infamous Pharmeceutical Companies, the major share holders of Abbots Labs, Searle, etc.,
