I was in very similar situation.
It took two years, thousands and thousands of dollars and many trips to court. Plus a ton of work on my part, worth every second.
I got full custody.
It really was all about what lawyer I used. Don't be afraid to ditch a lawyer that's sucking you dry $$$, there are a lot of them. You need to find the best for the money, avoid the guy/gal that bills you for billing you, yes it happens. The more of them you talk to the fewer she has to choose from.
get the book "win your child custody war"
it's very expensive, poorly organized, and huge BUT it will really help.
"When fathers fight for custody all the way through court, they win more than 60% of the time."
Forget about helping her she can only do that for herself when she hits her bottom, the best you can do is be there for your kids.

Only a court of law can determine that after weighing ALL of the FACTS. Postpartum is not enough for getting sole custody as it can be controlled.

You do have a right for sole custody. A judge should see (if you present the evidence in full) that the mother is physically unstable to be reliable for three kids. She would probably have to go to rehab and she could be charged with kidnapping. (Even though they are her kids, she took them away and is not letting them back home.) Good luck.

Yes he should go to court for sole custody of all his kids as long as he can take care of them better than she can. This is for the safety of these kids. Get them out of there ASAP!

Zapper thats a cracker lmfao??????? The scene: Monday morning in the Ferguson enjoyed ones. Mrs Fergie: " arise, Alex! it is purely long gone 7!" Fergie: " Oh, no! Have they scored returned?" Colleen Rooney missed the sport to stay in and watch Six And the city.
