Ricky will not be back. You can count on that. As for the coaching vacancy, names that have been thrown out there include Russ Grimm and Ken Whisenhunt of the Steelers, Ron Rivera of the Bears, Cam Cameron in San Diego, Dom Capers (current D Coordinator), and two former coaches, Jim Bates and Jimmy Johnson. Out of all of those, I think it will come down to three guys:
1. Dom Capers - Coordinated a very successful Defense, and would make the transition easier. However, he hasn't been the most successful head coach
2. Ron Rivera - Great defensive minded coach who is long overdue for his shot at a head coaching job
3. Cam Cameron - A great football mind who looks ripe for the picking after having a great deal to do with the Chargers being 14-2 this year.

Ricky will not be back. Saban was his last advocate. His chances just went "up in smoke." He may play in the NFL again, but there is little left in the tank.
As for coaches, Wayne will pick a hot hot assitant. My money is on Cam Cameon from San Diego. He made the most of their offense, even with a young Phillip Rivers at the helm.
I think he'd be great in Miami.

Ricky's not coming back, he's burned the Fins too many times.
Jim Mora would be interesting, it'd be fun to see what he could do with Marcus Vick after coaching his brother so long
