For starters, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Also, make sure your grades meet the requirements. Make sure you have community service under your belt. Get to know some of the ladies of Alpha Kappa Alpha on campus, as well as the ones in the community. Check out the events/activities the ladies are sponsoring. If possible check out the Divine Nine book.

It's an unforgettable experience to be a sister. Stay true to yourself and don't get caught up in any form of group mentality. Set a positive example for the other girls... you will all benefit from seeking the best qualities in one another, rather than competing against. Treat them like family, and family they will become.

Are you lighskin? Well, it doesn't even matter anymore nowadays...
Anyway, I think the AKAs are lame. The other chicks are better...I forgot their name but their color is red. I think they're the Deltas.
