Its getting creepy. I'm finding food crumbs in my bed, evidence of meals prepared and eaten in the kitchen, and I live alone. I have a very vague recollection of eating, but I can't really remember it. I've gained about 20 lbs in the last year. This morning I found an empty lunchables box in my bedroom wastebasket. This is NOT good! Anyone experience this??

I'm a nurse. This is a sleep disorder and you need a sleep study test done for a proper diagnoses. See your doctor it could also be the medication and a possible side effect. I recommend you discontinue it and seek the advice of your doctor.

I take Ambien and have never had a problem with it. I take it and go straight to bed because in 10 to 20 minutes I'm gonna be out like a light.

I have heard of this and when I asked my doctor about taking Ambien he discouraged me saying you get caught in dreams and you cannot wake up.
This may be the reason you are eating in your sleep but I would be more worried about sleep walking our of your apartment and what might happen if you did.

i was taking ambien also and i have done the same thing and even worst at first i did not believe it my kids told me and they thought it was funny they showed my where i spell my food and i talk to my doctor he change my ambien to another sleep aid, please talk to your doctor and have him change your pill for you before you start doing something more then just eating in bed , i am still have trouble sleeping after many years it could be something else that you are suffering from

Coincidentally, about 4 years ago Wonder went to a bar on the navy base and got really drunk. Wonder ended up going home with a drunken girl with perfect DDD hooters and sexed her up in a hot tub while Wonder's friend, Pablo Von Trapp was sitting there and watching us. It was unprotected and I was wondering how many people are now infected with HPV because of that night? It takes Wonder 4 bottles of Ambien to have a good nights rest each night * CRIES *

I believe I have heard that this is a possible side-effect of Ambien. You should talk to the doctor who prescribed the pills for you.
