Do you eat immediately after you wake up or do you wait? All my life I have eaten a bowl of cereal like 30 seconds after i wake up.

I usually have other things to do before I get a chance to go in the kitchen like go to the bathroom etc. So I would say I wait

Take dog outside, go to bathroom, brush teeth, start coffee. I eat breakfast but not until I get going a little first. After a nap though, straight to the cereal.

I head down and put some coffee on, I dont usually eat until 5-6 hours after that at lunch.. I just cant seem to stomach much more than coffee or tea in the morning.

no i usually don't immedietly eat. the first thing i go to the bathroom to brush my teeth. but many do go straight to the kitchen because many eat early during the evening so when one wakes up in the morning they are starving and the stomach is craving food so they go straight to the kitchen to get some breakfast.

I used to be like that untill I got into my late 20s. I'm now 35 and I just cant be bothered with food untill I get a chance to open my eyes and really wake up

I ussually wait a couple hours after I wake up to eat. I drink coffee within minutes and water too! I usually will make myself an egg-white omelet...YUM...

I head straight to the bathroom to shower brush my teeth and pee (not in that order) then i watch some tv i wait about 3 hrs or more before eating or else it makes me sick

No never, I go straight to the toilet and I usually eat after 40 minutes.

after i wake up i can't eat between 45 mins to an hour
