Pain in our heart and soul let's us know we are still technically alive. Time does heal all wounds. Time is the only answer I have found. I like to picture myself as a dormant dead flower in the woods. It is winter time. Much like skunks and bears hibernate, it is just a period of time to rejuvenate your heart and soul. You take your time and wake up in the springtime stronger than ever. Sometimes we have to stop and heal. Use the "live this life" to reflect on where you need to go now. Try to picture yourself as a small child needing nurturing. Hug yourself, pamper yourself, and reassure yourself that it will be ok and that the pain is just temporary. Look at simple pleasures in life, see the pain, but not push it away nor embrace it, kinda just let it be there and hear a clock ticking. Time is ticking eventually the pain will sit right in front of you but not cause you the hurt it once did. It is a small portion of the life and it will disappear one day and you will be stronger. I also have found that praying to be able to forgive the person from which broke your heart, and praying for relief and praying to forgive yourself for any mistakes you may have made will also ease your pains. Good luck and Bless you.

Everyone knows heartache and sadness at some time during their journey through life. When it happens, take time to grieve the loss and then accept healing as it comes and move on to the next chapter in life. A psychiatrist told me once in a seminar that no one can know more joy than they've known sorrow. That is an awesome statement and so true. Life is a precious gift from Almighty God and it's to be revered and lived to the fullest through good times and bad, through joys and sorrows.

heartbreakS are inevitable to all humans who have feelings.
When we feel, we open up our heart, and when our hearts are open, we are liable for it to break.
Let me share with you a lovely phrase i came across sometime ago, i really love it:
< For the heart that is broken is just opening again >
an open heart = generosity
the challenge of life is not that we have to live withOUT heartbreaks, but, it is more, to live past our heartbreaks.
It is not enough to merely stay alive for the fact of proving that i am brave,
i (or you) must also find out what can i get (learn) from this heartbreak, go around it, and move on.
And if you can, sometime down the road, when someone younger than you encounter such an event, counsel them, teach them, guide them...
That is what makes life sweet. Share...what you have learnt. =)

Accept that reality of life is not always as we think it should be but as it has to be.With patience learn thru your mistakes , promise yourself not to repeat it.Hold Gods hand as your best friend because With Him you'll have confidence in yourself which is the must to heal all injuries.Cry a lot when you feel alone but stop a scond and think why???????? Tears cost your blood to shrink and when you have to live you need it .If you don't need it your parents need it your friends need it and if nobody needs it I WILL SURELY NEED IT Y FRIEND KAVITA! So be BOLD...start up tomorrow with a smile on your face because when you smile life will automatically smile back. God bless you my friend .If you feel alone always be there as a friend.

The same thing everyone else does when their heart breaks. Did you think you were the first person it ever happened to?
You just go on and wait for time to go by and eventually you get over it. Same as for everyone else.

Sit around and mope. Take as much time as you need to get over it, then drop it and move on. There are more important things in live than lost loves.

You haven't run into your true love yet. You will look at this recent loss as an unqualified blessing in the near future.
