I seriously don't think it would be the end of the world. When my daughter was still on formula, she would occasionally find a bottle from the day before that got left under a toy, or got shoved under the couch, and would start chugging before I could grab it from her... and she never once got sick. Just be more careful in the future, and monitor your baby to make sure he/she doesn't get ill. If you see signs of sickness, then call the doctors office to see how it can be helped. Good luck and don't worry yourself! (If you mean that you're thinking of giving it to your baby, don't..... just throw it out.)

Since bacteria thrives in such conditions, I would strongly advise that you feed it to your child. A baby's immune system is very weak as it starts its life, and added nuisances may cause trouble, from something minor like diarrhea to something major to food poisoning.

shouldn't be nothing major i think all of us as parents at one time or another has had this happen truth be told . i would not recomend giving it to the baby as in the first answer........ but if **** happened...... shouldn';t be too dire consequences maybe some upset stomach and more spitting up for a few days ......if you are really worried call your babys dr... oh_hell
