Theyre calling me saying bad things how can I trace the call or smthing? or get them intrble?

Well if you are customers with Bell telephone you can use their Call screen(*60), Call privacy(*11) or Call trace(*57) services... check them out here...

Other than that I suggest using Last Call return (*69) to get the phone number of the person harrassing you so you can then report it to the police.
