Random "sad" songs by random artists in all genre's. Crying helps, hack what every one else says. You deserve to let out your emotions. Here are some of my sad/crying songs.

Lean on me - Bill Withers
I will remember you - Sarah McLachlan
Mad World - Gary Jules
God called in sick today - AFI
Where'd you go - Fort Miner
Somewhere over the rainbow - Israel Kamakawiwo'ole
Coming home - City and Colour
Have you ever seen the rain - CCR

Good luck, and I know how hard it is to have your friends gone.

When you're sad, listen to happy songs! Does that not make sense? Listen to just about anything by The Beatles, it's all pretty happy. You could also listen to Pink Floyd's Meddle album. Not a sad song in there.

Trust me; when you're sad, sad songs just make you sadder. Listen to something that you like and sing out loud to it. Sing LOUDLY out loud.

Excess Baggage by Staind, off of the Dysfuntion album
Adrian by Jewel, off Pieces of You
and this song isn't really sad, but it makes me cry: All around Me by Flyleaf, off the self-titled album.
