Mean Girls... You all hate them right? Ever want 2 get back at them? Well i do now and i need help.

You could confront her. Attempting to screw up her life indirectly with a poorly written note isn't the most rational or satisfying act of revenge in this case. Think about it, if you do send the note you would be stooping down to her level and probably be labeled as a "meanie" yourself.
What I would do is confront her and in the process of doing so, humiliate her by proving what a malicious and evil hag she is with my superior wit.

Confronting her would be best. But if you want to get back at them...i suggest you grow up and be mature about it. Let it go.
Otherwise, you're as much of a "Mean Girl" as they are.
You're in 7th grade. There are better things to worry about than drama. Drama like this will come and go.

the lame-o guy is right, ur in seventh grade i think that u could put a couple of bad-words in there. or if u know who she likes then tell the guy she is in love with him. (even if ur not mean, it sounds like she deserves some pay-back)
