The best gift 4 any wife on her birthday is to spend each and every min with her husband with lots of joy and happiness on the day.Going somewhere with lots of money is not enough.She should be with her husband with lots of love in his heart.

first of all, kudos to you for thinking enough of her to seek help in order to please her... that's cool. now, if she's a mom (like me), honey send her to the SPA!!! time away from you all is like gettin' diamonds! don't take it personally, but really, it's beyond a task to take care of everyone else, leaving no time for self. so, a SPA DAY or weekend will be unforgettable. and go all out, too. however, if it's just the two of you, depending on your relationship and her likes/dislikes, do something spontaneous with just the two of you.... surprise her with a trip or activity that you've both been talking about for awhile, but just never made the plans. and don't forget the extras like: dinner, flowers, bubble bath, wine, a small gift, and lots of pampering from you. when a man takes the initiative to think of those things when we least expect it... OH WOW!!! you'll be thanked GREATLY... all night long! so, good luck and enjoy!

if you have to ask then you aren't really all that in tune with her. do you want to give her something generic that someone else thinks up? or something from your heart something unique to her? think about what she loves, what her hobbies are, what would she love to have but hesitate to buy herself. not all women want jewelry or lotion or - most thoughtless form her husband- a gift certificate. UNLESS you guys have kids and you offer to stay with the kids while she shops wherever she likes to shop guilt free. you should know your wife.
