When most people come here they come with a Visa, this Visa is for a certain time it could be for school. when the date on that Visa is up they need to honor it and go back if not that person becomes an illegal and can be deported. When you come here legally that does not mean you stay for ever, also breaking any law and you may be deported.

Cubans can be deported if the Cuban government admit them based in certain offenses committed in the USA when they are under parole or are residents.

I don’t think so from what I have read. If a Cuban makes it to US land they are free to stay. However if they don’t make it to land then they will be deported back to Cuba.

For what they don't deport Hispanics so why should they treat cubans or any other illegals different...cubans have amnesty just like any other illegal.
