Mary Kay. You consultant can do a full make-over on you (its free) to determine the perfect colors for you. You can pick and choose exactly what colors and products you want.
You can view this website to see some pre-made palettes and virtual make-overs. Use the main mary Kay website to locate a local consultant.

Mary kay has a complete makeup palette with all of your favorite colors that you need. They can be cordiniated from warm to cool shades to match your skintone and eyecolor if you like. My niece sells it. And she always looks very good in it. Hope this helps you.

you can make a custom palette there for like $5 i think. i've never personally done it, but i've heard good things about their products.

the best you could do is check out MAC, we have collections somtimes that include lip pallets and eyeshadow ones, none at the moment tho.
also at the pro store you can pick up MAC pallet pans and eyeshadow and blush refills to fit in them! im pretty sure the mac eyeshadows fit in ELF pallets if you want somthing cheaper.
