I do live in one. I am a very well educated woman that has a mother and father who were not related at all. I have a nice 3 bed room bath and half and only pay $250 for it a month. Which allows me to save money for a home of my own and a nice car. It makes since to save ones money and not barrow what I don't have to do this on. So that Does not mean I am dumb or inbreed. I makes me smart because while I am owning a home with little to no Payment, will you be renting an apartment?

I even have lived in a cellular abode with my mom. I additionally vowed that i could in no way gain this lower back. The cellular homes look intense high quality yet they are fee effectively made. additionally in lots of states they might desire to be located on a beginning place because of the fact the state calls for it to be an eternal fixture, for this reason in case you lease lots (like they do interior the trailer parks) you will only be throwing money away. Trailers are low-priced yet they are extra costly than a house because of the land undertaking. Trailer parks in lots of situations refuse to sell their plenty and because land isn't in great furnish you could pay out the wazoo for a peice of land.

I have. I'm not White Trash! White Trash people don't live in mobile homes, but fixer upper houses, and never fix them up.
Some deal in Marijuana and other illegal junk, and conartists who never pay their obligatory house rent. Maybe your next question could be, " how do you view living in a mobile home, having done it?". That is a question, I wouldn't mind answering

I lived in one when I was a baby. So did my grandparents, and now they have a six bedroom house. So I actually don't think we're white trash.

We don't have to inbreed as if we were ghetto trash. There is so much fine trailer trash pusssy in trailer parks that we never even leave, just get a sixpack and go down to the pool or laundry and f#ck our white trashy brains out.

Pretty soon a mobile home will be the only means of affordable housing for 1st time home buyers with college educations & dual-incomes.
California home = Non-California home + $500,000.
