What could tiny knots right under the skin be ?

Like I have a tiny knot (a little smaller than the size of a pea) above both eyebrows .....I also have several on my jawline.....what could this be?

Acne, possibly. Or some other kind of skin condition. See a dermatologist.

If they are not zits, then possibly ganglions. You might go to a doctor or dermatologist and get them checked out.... I have had a ganglion on my outside elbow for a few years now. They don't hurt.
