It was written by Aron Coleite and Tone Rodriguez. I heard the movie was horror/thriller. The book isn't really scary, but does creeps me out at night(I have insomnia, even though I'm 13).

According to IMDb, the only writing was by J.S. Cardone; there was no novel adaptation.
