If someone say "STIR QUICKLY and BRING THE LIQUID to a boil again"

I wanna ask .."to a boili again" HERE
is it right?
or it should be deleted the "a"

You should reply, "To a boil again?".

The full question would be something like this, "Do you want me to bring the liquid to a boil again?", but over the years we change the language and shorten things down so just saying the last part is equivalent to saying the whole thing.
