can someone tell me how to change a id of an existing hotmail id?

Open hotmail and click their Help button. I'm sure you will find what you need there.

Do you mean the display name or the id itself, if it is the ID, you can not. For display name go to options and follow the instructions.

it's possible by making a new acount in msn

see it's so easy
but changing your id it's impossible
